Privacy Policy

This explains what we collect, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do about it — both for visitors to this site and for the customers who call a business running on NEWNOW.

What we collect from you

If you submit the quote form, we collect what you type into it: your business name, your name, email, phone, what your business does, how customers reach you, the languages your customers speak, your current website, your notes and the language you'd like us to contact you in.

What we collect automatically

Standard server logs, and a language preference stored in your browser so the site opens in the language you chose last time. We do not use that preference for anything else, and we never switch your language based on your location.

Why we use it

To answer your request, to prepare a quote and a demo, and to run the service if you become a client. We don't sell your information and we don't add you to marketing you didn't ask for.

Calls and recordings

For clients, the AI receptionist processes call audio and text in order to answer, qualify and produce a lead record. Where calls are recorded, that is configured per client and disclosed to callers as required by the applicable state's law. Clients are responsible for the disclosures their own callers receive.

Who else sees it

The vendors that make the service work — hosting, telephony, email delivery and the AI models that power the receptionist — each acting on our instructions under contract. Nobody else, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Quote requests: two years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client data: for the life of the account and twelve months after it closes, then deleted.

Your choices

Write to us and you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll do it within thirty days. Residents of states with specific privacy laws have these rights by statute; we extend them to everyone.
